1. If he fails to bring a ring to Cleveland he I'll still be a champion, but the fact that he had to jump ship makes him look worse than if he had stayed loyal and ringless.
2. Michael Jordan, Larry Bird and Magic Johnson never chased championships. Championships chased them. That's who LeBron will ultimately be compared to. Yes, those players played with immense talent, but neither one of those guys went and joined another man's team. Miami will forever be Dwayne Wade town.
3. Cleveland lead the NBA in wins in back-to-back seasons. Their playoff shortcomings were not solely based on a lack of talent. LeBron and company failed to execute down the stretch. It doesn't matter who a team has on paper. You have to play well during big moments. Something LeBron failed to do on multiple occasions as a member of the Cavaliers.
4. LeBron returning home has been speculated about ever since he left four years ago. Cleveland is where his heart always was. Why leave a team you know you would ultimately return to. The entire situation could have been avoided. Maybe the Cavaliers could already be hoisting up the Larry O'Brian trophy.
