RE2PECT!

Derek Jeter collected two hits in his 14th and final MLB All-Star appearance.  This marks the ninth time Jeter has started this game.  This was a bitter sweet moment for New York Yankee fans.  However, Jeter has spent his entire adult life giving his all to the Yankees organization.  It truly hurts my heart to see him go, but as the saying goes, all good things must come to an end.  Thank you Derek Jeter for giving New York every ounce of your being for 20 years.

  Jeter always gives 100% no matter what.  If crashing into the stands is what it takes, well so be it.  This is what being Yankee Captain is all about.
